Bernard Hughes, Devon County Councillor for Lympstone and Pete Acca, Lympstone Chairman of Parish Council who were amongst many of the Councillors present including the Chairman of Devon CC and the MP for East Devon.

                                                             Crowds who hid the Exmouth Town Crier, school children and audience at the opening.

Just so you know who was responsible for the trail  

  and whom should have put up warning signs and bins.
