MULTIPLE GROUNDS FOR OBJECTIONS 3

Whilst I see the need for some new housing in Lympstone, Courtlands is NOT the right place.

1) The Green Wedge must be preserved for the benefit of Exmouth as well as lympstone. 

2) The link with Lympstone Village centre is too dangerous for walkers so people will only go to Exmouth, therefore any advantage claimed by the Developer is lost.

3) The School is already over subscribed and cannot take all of Lympstone's children.

4) The people living there would be isolated from both communities, as are the existing Courtlands development.

5) If this is allowed will they take on the National Trust and build an that land nearby?

6) Preserving the integrity of Devon's villages is of utmost importance otherwise Devon will become an urban sprawl. In my opinion this is just profiteering on behalf of the Landowner and Developer without any concern for the residents of Lympstone.
