Lympstone Parish Council Burial Ground

The Parish Council has agreed, in view of some recent recommendations, that it would be safer for people visiting the Burial Ground if the glass and china vases and the plastic flowers were removed.  If you look after a grave on which there are such things please will you collect them.  Thank you for your co-operation.

Council Taxes

The Devon County Council Tax levy will rise by 17.95% next year.  The Parish Council received a pamphlet from Devon County Council explaining why Government decisions have led to this significant increase in Devon County Council Taxes.  If you would like to find out more copies of the pamphlet are available from Jo Clarke, the Corporate Communications Officer at Devon County Council 01392 383302.

The East Devon District Council Tax levy is the lowest district in Devon and the Parish Council levy remains the same as last year.

Sally Harradine, Clerk
