Lympstone Film Society has announced its programme for the next season (2017-18), starting on Friday 8th September. The society’s eleventh season has a great programme of films, with up to 12 to see for an annual fee of £20. That’s cheaper than when the society started in 2007. Details of the films and how to join are on the flyer you can read here.

Lympstone is fortunate to have its own cinema. The Film Society runs screenings from September through to April, and invites new members. Set up in 2007, the Society owns its own equipment, including a brand-new latest-generation top quality projector and a powerful sound system, and uses up-to-date Blu-Ray DVD technology. The Society has around 100 members and offers a complete night out at its screenings – with a bar, short film, adverts, and interval, as well as the main feature.
