Beating the Bounds – Saturday 3rd September, 9.30am at Parsonage Style.

This year’s traditional walk around the Parish Boundary falls on Saturday 3rd September, commencing at 9.30am at Parsonage Style. (If you have access to a boat and would like to follow the boundary on the river- meet at the Boat shelter at 8.45am).

Please bring a packed lunch, stout footwear, long trousers and plenty of stamina for this 6.5 mile walk, which involves climbing through hedges and across the common! Well behaved dogs strictly on a lead are welcome- bearing in mind there will be livestock at various points on the walk.

We aim to return to the Swan Inn at approximately 3.00pm for refreshment and, hopefully, a barbecue.
