Cobbles installation

DCC have confirmed that, “they will be making carriageway improvements over Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th of March. The planned work includes the bolt down rubber ramp at the bottom of Station Hill on the left as you go up. This is to encourage cyclists to keep to the left as they come down the hill to the junction with The Strand; 3 rows of stick on cobbles across The Strand before the junction with Chapel Road; 3 bands of cobbles on Cox’s Hill, Sowden Lane before the corner at Quay Lane; a line of cobbles in the centre of the road around the bend by the Estuary on Sowden Lane; and junction markings where the trail from Exmouth meets Sowden Lane.
