Cycle Track Closure Sowden Lane to Lower Halsdon Farm

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC & PEDESTRIANS for REPLACMENT OF COURTLANDS BOARDWALK
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.
From MONDAY 18 SEPTEMBER 2023 for a maximum of 18 months Anticipated Finish FRIDAY 22 DECEMBER 2023

**Closure extended due to unforeseen circumstances – the revised anticipated end date is now 26 January 2024

This date differs from the dates on the attached Order due to it being valid for 18 months**

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, and no person shall proceed on foot on the sections of Affected Roads except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to those length of roads.
Roads affected –
CYCLE TRACK FROM SOWDEN LANE TO LOWER HALSDON FARM, EXMOUTH
The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via –
FOR CYCLISTS
SOWDAN LANE, COURTLANDS LANE, LITTLEMEAD LANE, ESTUARY VIEW, LINKING PATH BETWEEN EXETER ROAD AND EXE ESTUARY TRAIL, AND VICE VERSA
FOR PEDESTRIANS
SOWDAN LANE, COURTLANDS LANE, EXETER ROAD, LINKING PATH BETWEEN EXETER ROAD AND EXE ESTUARY TRAIL AND VICE VERSA.
