The ‘Scratch Nativity’ with the Lympstone Players started from the Nursery at 6pm on Wednesday 21st December.
All ages were welcomed, and shepherds, angels, kings, Josephs and Marys acted out their parts with skill and good humour. The group progressed, retelling the story of the first Christmas, towards the church and later, arriving at the altar, the angels announced the news to the shepherds. The merry group moved to the stable to see the newborn baby.
A good time was had by all!
