Both the Senior and Training Bands are busy rehearsing for the Christmas engagements taking place in December. As stated in the November newsletter the Senior Band will be featuring in the recording of BBC Radio Devon’s Christmas Service, on Tuesday 17th December, which is to be broadcast on Christmas Day. The Senior Band along with the Training Band will be performing a Christmas Concert in the Lympstone Band Centre on Friday 20th December commencing at 7:30pm. The programme of music will include Christmas favourites and the odd Christmas Carol or two. Refreshments will be served during the interval and tickets are available on the door, on the night, £4 each for adults, with free entry for children under 16.
