“I’ve just bought this rather unusual picture of the “Foreshore At Lympstone”. The artist signature appears to be PIERCE.
It’s managed to find it’s way up to Norfolk but the seller and extensive Google searches have drawn a blank.
I was wondering if you could put the picture on the village website to see if any locals recognise it or the artist.
If nothing else I’m sure it will be of interest to the village. Are there any fishermen left and do they still dry their nets?
