Your chance to take part in the Olympics!
All over the UK quilted pennants are being made to give as a sign of friendship to athletes competing in the Olympics/Para Games.
We would like to send a contribution from Lympstone.. A workshop will be held on November 12th at Lympstone Sailing Club. Only 12 places are available. For those interested over 9 years old and keen to design and make a pennant using textiles please contact Jenny Charles 01395 264359 for further details.
Other help needed includes making wooden rods and braids to hang the pennants, and an hour or so to help with catering. All pennants will be labeled so a made in Lympstone could go anywhere in the world!
