Balfour Beatty has started the major construction work for South West Water in Underhill Car Park. The field at the top of Underhill Close has been marked out and surfaced, and is now in use as an alternate car park. The Parish Council would ask again that, as it is quite a steep walk to the top of Underhill Close, the spaces in the main car park be left for those who find the steep walk to be challenging. We have asked the Construction Manager for a schedule of the work, and as soon as we receive this we will put it in the Herald and post it on the Website.
