An update on progress. The construction work on main storage tank is almost complete, we will be installing the ducting for the electrics over the next couple of weeks and then the pumps can be fitted. The valve chamber and flow meter chambers have been built and there is one more manhole to construct.
On week beginning 29 January we will be excavating for a cable duct from the pump station into the works area, in order to do this safely we will need to ‘borrow’ 3 parking spaces by the pump station, the bays will be signed in advance and fenced off for the duration of the work, expected to be around 4 days and opened up again when the duct is installed.
