Last year was the hall’s busiest year ever. We attracted many new bookings, partly because of the splendid facilities in our all-new kitchen.
We’re now planning the next stage of improvements at the hall. Our next project, will be upgrading the toilets. During the summer of 2012 we expect to remove all of the existing toilet block, so that we can install fresh, modern toilets. We will be adding toilets for the pre-school children too.
The main hall and function room will be closed during weekday daytimes from late July to late August, but available evenings and weekends. We hope also to undertake some repointing of exterior walls.
We still need to raise money to pay for these important improvements and we need people to organise fundraising events, to help at the events, and to attend the events. Donations would be more than welcome, too!
