The Furry Dance Committee will be putting the bunting up in time for the celebrations.

The Football Club, the Tennis Club, and the Cricket Club have been approached regarding Jubilee matches.

The Environment Agency will be asked to provide the flagpole that was to be provided as part of completion of the flood gates works. If one is in place, the Lympstone flag will be flown.

The Twinning Group will arrange a display of photos of past twinning exchanges.

Street Parties

It is possible to close roads for a street party. There will be no charge for this, but the conditions might be onerous. The Parish Council suggests that there will be more fun to be had at the Big Picnic Lunch in Candy’s Field.

Music

Cllr Chris Carter is compiling CDs of 1950’s music to play at events. If you have music to include, please contact Chris.
