Ingham Fisheries operate the Compass Rose, a day-fishing boat, out of Lympstone Village, Devon. Father and son team Jason and Toby Ingham, along with other crew members, head out into Lyme Bay three or four times a week catching plaice, sea bass, dover sole, skate, pollock, cod, turbot, brill, flounder, sand dab, gurnard, mackerel, lobster and crab.
The fish is sold from the Fish Store just 30 yards from the boat in Lympstone Harbour, allowing local residents access to some of the freshest fish available on the market. Lobsters are kept in a live-tank in the Fish Store, whilst the crab is cooked and picked, ready to be eaten.
