Lympstone is a village on the eastern shore of the Exe Estuary
Sailing times during the season are dictated by the tide & are limited to roughly 2 hours either side of high water.
Mixed dinghy, dayboat & cruiser fleets race, usually within the estuary with occasional social sails & Club-based social activities throughout the year.
The Club has produced some very successful young sailors in the past with the current emphasis being on encouraging sailors of all ages to enjoy the sport.
Training is available to members only.
Apart from the Clubhouse, the harbour, foreshore & most of the moorings are owned & administered by the Lympstone Fishery & Harbour Association.
During the winter months, dinghies are removed from the area to allow the summer moored cruiser fleet to be craned onto hard standing.
