Estuary Trail safety update

Estuary Trail safety update

Devon County Council staff have finally started to erect some of the signs which we have requested. Whilst not the big warning DANGER signs which we asked for, they do at least warn people of the road traffic which they will meet.

Surveys about public satisfaction with the Estuary Trail have so far been limited to the users of the trail. It is hoped that a similar survey of people in Lympstone can be made later this spring. If you live in the village, particularly along the path that trail users take between the Exmouth end (Sowden End) and the Exton end (Cliff Field) then please help us by filling in one of these survey forms. These will be circulated after Easter.

20mph and STOP signs at the bottom of Station Hill are our next targets. In the meanwhile, please enter details of any incidents with estuary traffic in the book kept in the Post Office.
