River Exe Regatta

RIVER EXE REGATTA 8th-9th June
River Exe Regatta is being held over the weekend of the 8th/9th June and is being organised by Starcross Yacht Club with the Regatta Party being hosted by Lympstone Sailing Club.
The Regatta involves all the Sailing Clubs on the estuary and usually about 100 boats take part. Dinghies and cruisers will be racing in the river and Multihulls will be racing at sea. Racing can be watched from the harbour on both days between 10.30 am and 2.30pm approximately.
The Regatta Party will be at Lympstone Harbour with a live band and a BBQ on the slipway on the evening of Saturday 8th June.

The club has an active sailing season through the summer – you do not need to own a boat to be a member as there are club boats available for use by members as well as the opportunity to crew for others. If you are interested in joining you can apply through the website or come into the club on a Friday evening after 7.30pm and talk to a member to find out more
