Spring Forward Saturday – Topsham – Saturday 28th March

Now in its third year. this feel-good event involves most of Topsham’s shops, café and restaurants with special offers for visitors and locals – and even better deals for holders of the Love Topsham Card, a community initiative promoting the town.

There is a complimentary glass of wine here, a free Easter egg there, and one artisan craft shop is even offering 25% off everything in stock – for that day only!

Why not take in the pop-up art gallery, a special outdoor fair at he town’s Matthews Hall and the new exhibits at the Topsham Museum on the first day of the new season?

There are special treats for children, too.  They can join the adults in awe at the history of Topsham fire station, or get down and dirty at a Craft for Kids activity.

There will also be performances throughout the day by:

• musical groups
• Exmouth Shantymen (who will be travelling around the town)
• The Liberty Sisters and other 40s era jazz and swing artists
• Queen Biscuit, a blues band with strong connections to Topsham
• St Margaret’s Church Choir
• Topsham Folk Club

Organised by Love Topsham – a not-for-profit community group promoting the town’s unique combination of estuary beauty and independent shopping – this event is set to be the biggest and best yet.
