Station Garden Tidy – can you spare an hour?

Can you spare an hour on Saturday October 12th to help the Friends of Lympstone Station?

Twice a year we spend an hour or so tidying the lower part of the railway embankment gardens on Station Hill.

If you would like to help, please come to the station at 10 am on Saturday 12th October, with simple gardening tools and a willing pair of hands – no climbing involved.

Earlier that morning the flowers on the station platform, watered and maintained all summer by village volunteers, will be replaced with a winter display. This community effort helps make the whole station area attractive for villagers and visitors alike.
