The newly renamed Redwing Inn, “Redwing Bar & Dining”, would like to thank the residents of Lympstone and the surrounding areas for their support and words of encouragement relating to the new look and ownership of the business.
As some of you are aware, this new venue and venture has been undertaken by Robert and Tina Palace. They have over the past 16 years owned and run several successful catering establishments around the Exeter area.
Their vision for Redwing Bar & Dining is the same blueprint they have always adopted and strive to achieve, good food and good service along with implementing great value for money. This they believe is the formula of their success!
Learning the terms of engagement in relation to the business side of the operation and spear-heading the staffing team is Fitz Spencer co-director of the Redwing Bar & Dining. As a trained chef and with 15 years’ experience in the wine trade, Fitz brings some of his ideas to the business which will complement Robert & Tina’s blueprint.
