Karl and Thomas are serving Royal Marines and are both Physical Training Instructors at C.T.C.R.M. Both are interested in giving all people from the age 16 upwards some friendly motivating and enthusiastic outdoor physical training, to all in Lympstone.
The training will be in Candy’s Field, Wednesday evening 1815 to 1915 and on a Saturday morning 0800 to 0900. The price will be £5 per session on a pay as you attend, or £15 per month for either a Wednesday or Saturday session or £25 a month unlimited sessions.
Both are insured. Both are highly qualified in strength and conditioning and specialize in Rehabilitation of Muscular skeletal injuries. Both Karl and Thomas live in Lympstone with their families So come along and see what it’s all about.
