Today Tuesday 15th November the Management Development Committee of East Devon District Council REFUSED Strategic Land Partnerships permission to build on Land to the North West of Courtlands Cross for the second time. Over 650 letters objecting to the scheme were a major contributory factor in the unanimous decision.
We now move on to the appeal. Two down, one to go – we are in a strong position but as in any war it is the last battle that always counts!
I will next be seeking a meeting with the Appeal Officer to see what we can do to assist EDDC in the appeal.
