Spring has blossom, green shoots and bulbs bringing long awaited colour, summer flowers in abundance. So, when planting a garden, you should plant for autumn and winter. You can introduce plants of differing height, shape, colour and scent that will not only provide structure throughout the year but could make your garden a Winter Wonderland. To find out how, come to a talk by someone who opens his own garden in February. Mike Stevens’ talk is at 7.30pm on Wednesday 16th November, in the Function Room at the Village Hall.
