Don’t be fooled!

Don’t be fooled!

Recently there has been a spate of fraudsters trying to trick people out of their money. Typical scams are:

1. Calling your number on the phone and either asking directly or by leaving a message asking you to call them back. When you do so you will automatically charged at several pounds a minute. The only answer is to not call numbers that you do not know.

2. Sending you email(s) asking for your personal details. No reputable company will ask you for your passwords or bank details so NEVER supply them.

If you are ever in any doubt about any correspondence in any format then ask a friend or relation for advice. Never be rushed into replying.
