ELLINGTONIA Café Style Concert Saturday will take place on 11th June. The only visit to Lympstone this year, tickets, part tables and full tables (of 6-14) are going well for the only visit of one of the UK’s leading Duke Ellington Bands – Ellingtonia – specialising in numbers from the 20’s, 30’s and 40’s. There will also be an area for dancing –for those that wish.
Doors open at 6.45pm when eating and drinking starts,(bring your own) and at 8.15 pm the concert will begin. The band will be giving a donation to Lympstone Village Hall Appeal and in the interval there will be a grand draw with fabulous prizes, all proceeds from the draw will also go to the appeal. The 2010 price has been held at £14 for adults and £7 for children, so bring your friends, family or whoever and phone me now on 274485 to book up. A fabulous evening is guaranteed.
