Lympstone Parish Council has issued the following statement after the passing of Her Majesty The Queen:
“On behalf of the people of the Parish, Lympstone Parish Council would like to express sincere condolences to the Royal Family following the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
For the majority of Lympstone and UK residents, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has been both our sovereign and source of pride for as long as we can remember.
A leader who exemplified the virtues of service, dedication, and duty, who placed the needs of others first. A constant in a world of change and uncertainty.
As we grieve and mourn her passing, our thoughts and condolences will be with her close family and friends who have lost much more.
Rest in peace your Majesty.”
