Last February I organised a gathering of mostly local folk who wished to remember the life and work of Ken Carter. A goodly number filled Deb Mitchell’s studio and, with the help of a glass of wine, chatted about our old friend.
Then, in these columns I offered the thought that others might have ideas for discussions or celebrations on topics of possible interest. The darker evenings would seem the right time for an event of this kind, and, sad to say, they are fast approaching. So I should be glad to hear from anyone with an urge to host a ‘Lymposium’ this autumn or winter. Ring me on 277501, or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can have a chat about the notion.
