This will take place from 8pm in Lympstone Sailing Club on Friday 10th February 2012. The Board invites members to receive reports from the Chairman and Treasurer on matters arising during the concluding year and to vote on proposals for the year in prospect. On conclusion of the formal part of the meeting Members are welcome to ask questions on any matter relating to the Association. Doors open 7.30pm as usual, the bar will be closed during the AGM, note!
