Nature garden for Pre-school

Lympstone Pre-School is delighted to announce the completion of its new Nature Garden. The Nature Garden is the result of a lot of hard work, as well as generous donations from local businesses, and will be of huge benefit to the children at Lympstone Pre-School for years to come.

There are so many people to thank: the team from the Royal Marines CTCRM Lympstone worked tirelessly to create the garden (thanks to WO2 Dean Roberts, WO2 John Ather, Sgt Taff Morris, Sgt H Harriman and LCPL Taff Rosser), as well as donating wood. Dave Tyrell also helped us with labour, and we received generous cash donations from Lympstone businesses: K & M Williams of Londis, The Globe Inn, The Swan, Lympstone Post Office, Shear’s Cafe and Andrea’s Hair Salon, for which many thanks. King’s Garden Centre donated a voucher and Lympstone Nurseries donated plants, while the Saddlers Arms donated a raffle prize.

A big thank you also to staff and parents for support with sponsored events and help on the day and, finally, a huge thank you to Chairman Vicki Drinkwater and Play Leader Debbie Foxon for all their hard work.
