Reply from Highways regarding cyclists failing to stop/give way at the bottom of station hill. Highways do not deem it to be a problem, as they feel the give way is clearly marked and it is up to cyclists to ensure they stop in time. I have informed highways that I am encouraging residents to report all near misses and accidents to highways.
