The new pre-school was officially opened yesterday, by Alderman David Atkins. Cllr Rob Longhurst thanked all the sponsors, teachers and volunteers for all their hard work and fund raising to make the project possible. The school has the capacity for almost 200 children, and the current enrolment is a very 190, which includes the breakfast and after school clubs. Staff and teachers are delighted with the new school, which will make a huge difference to the quality of learning and play facilities for many years to come.
