Villagers and Parish Councillors alike raised a glass to Chris Carter last night for his many years editorship of the Lympstone herald. Chris and his team have produced hundreds of copies of the Herald since he became Editor, and the monthly publication is an important part of our village life, communicating news, events and Parish Council business.
