We have been very fortunate to have had a strong Governing Body over the past few years, and we have achieved much in improving the school’s standards, buildings and reputation locally. The school is growing and vibrant, and quite simply, a great place to be!

Our current Community Governor, Phil Hope, is stepping down this year, and we are keen to find an energetic and enthusiastic replacement for him. Being a member of the Governing Body is extremely rewarding, interesting and beneficial to the whole community, so why not give it a try?

We would expect to meet six times during the year, so it is not too demanding, but there are many interesting challenges ahead, so if you would like to get involved, do get in touch! No previous experience is necessary for this post, and you do not need to be connected to the school already, we would welcome interest from any member of the village community, whatever age or background, so do please contact either myself on 279090, or Tony Priest at the school. Thank-you.
