Residents concerned over a large planned development between Exmouth and Lympstone now have more time to make their thoughts known after an extension was granted for public comment.
Outline planning permission is seeking approval for access from the A376 for 100 dwellings at Courtlands Cross in Exmouth, including 25% affordable housing, East Devon District Council says on its website.
