Once a month, a number of volunteers cook and deliver a hot two course Sunday Lunch to those in our village who are living alone or are unable to go out. Since the end of covid restrictions earlier this year, we have also been providing this lunch in the Village Hall so that individuals can socialise and be entertained. Meals are still delivered direct to homes where recipients do not wish to come to the Hall. All we ask in return is a donation of between £1 and £5. Recipients can also opt in or out at any time.

We are also looking for more volunteers to help cook and deliver these meals. This would only be for 2 or 3 times each year. If you have an hour or so to spare on the (usually) last Sunday of the month, please contact Linda Lyon. Or you can drop into the Hall for a cup of tea and a chat at any time after 2pm on the dates above.
