PLEASE – CAN YOU HELP?
One or more volunteers are still needed to help with the admin when Linda is not available in the early part of 2026. This involves a couple of hours in the week before the Lunch. If more than one person volunteers, the work could easily be split or shared.
The admin includes :-
- Maintaining the names and contact details for lunchers and volunteers
- Producing delivery numbers and lists each month
- Liaising with cooks over menus, meal numbers and delivery times
- Contacting delivery volunteers
