Lympstone Preschool is a longestablished setting, based in the heart of the village Lympstone, East Devon. We are run and led by a volunteer committee and dedicated team of 17 employed staff. We cater for many military and civilian children in the community, giving them a home away from home early years education chapter in their lives. As a charity-based preschool, we are always grateful for any help that we can receive from the families and friends of the Preschool as well as the General public and local businesses. Any money we raise is poured straight back into the preschool to make it bigger and better for the children of our next generation.
We need help to continue pursuing our mission to create the best preschool that we can; to help it stay running to the high standard the children deserve with the equipment and activities they need. Our next project is to repair the foundations of our front outside area. This is the area the children enter the preschool and where they have a fun, comfortable and safe space to play whilst still being outdoors. An alternative outside area to the nature garden.
We are holding a fundraising event on 28th June 2025.The Lympstone Preschool staff are taking on the ultimate walking challenge to raise money for the Preschool and have a minimum target to raise £1000. We will be walking 17 ½ miles across Woodbury Common and the Southwest Coastal path. We are accepting donations either by the following link or bank transfer. HERE
