The Ness Hub Exmouth is a health and wellbeing space dedicated to helping families living with memory loss or dementia in Exmouth and the surrounding areas.
Open 6 days a week, visit our Hub to receive treatments and services that:
- Can delay further decline and improve the quality of life of the individual
- Offers respite for carers, whilst also helping them to better understand the illness and how to care for their loved one
- Improve social interaction & maintains independence
- Provide access to specialist clinical team & social support services
