We are writing to introduce ourselves and provide an update on our new development in Lympstone.
3West Group are an East Devon based residential developer employing local staff and contractors. We
have current schemes in Exmouth, Exeter, Broadclyst, Teignmouth and Rockbeare with new schemes
coming soon at Lympstone, Woodbury, Exton, Tiverton and more.
We take pride in working closely with the local community, delivering quality new homes, high levels
of health & safety and outstanding customer service standards.
We have appointed Champion Groundworks who will commence initial works during the week of the
23 March 2026. During an 18-week program they will clear the site, install the roads, drainage and
services to the site along with a new site entrance, silt protection and a new foul water pump station.
After this 3West will take control of the site with our own Site Management Team.
The stipulated working hours for the site will be 8am-6pm Monday- Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturdays.
The delivery routes have been agreed and will see deliveries coming off the A376 at Nutwell Road
turning left onto Meeting Lane. They will then rejoin the A376 from Meeting Lane on a left turn only
basis.
If you note a vehicle delivering outside of the permitted times or route, please report this to us with
evidence and we will issue a fine to the company responsible – Any proceeds will go to a local school
or charity once the development has finished.
