The Future of Lympstone Nursery
You are invited to hear about and comment on the future of the Lympstone Nursery site.
19.30 Monday 19th February at the Methodist Hall
As a very central and sensitive site, the development of the Nursery site deserves very careful consideration. It can also offer enormous value to the community.
Salter Properties, in close communication with the owners, along with local designers Rob Hilton & David Hawes, have begun work on the design of the Nursery Site. Before progressing with any formal planning discussions they wish to introduce their approach and present some early ideas.
The meeting will introduce the following:
1. Village Character & Contextual Design Approach;
2. Place Making and Development Design & Layout; School
3. Open discussion regarding the design of a new Village Green and public and community open spaces.
