The Parish Council have received informal enquiries from landowners for two new developments in the Parish.
Parish Councillors have met the Architect and landowner’s representative for development of land at Glebelands to discuss his ideas. They will also now arrange to meet the landowner for land at the top of Underhill Close.
The Housing Needs Survey will need to be updated to show the need for affordable houses as part of each development. It is hoped that this will be done in conjunction with the July issue of the Lympstone Herald.
