CRANING-IN
Once again, the boating scene at Lympstone sees the transition from summer to winter at the end of September.
Dinghies and other small craft vacate the Harbour Hardstanding by 7pm on Wednesday 30th September
with a large mobile crane arriving at the Harbour Thursday evening.
On Friday from 6am, the lifting of the summer moored vessels from brook to the hardstanding will take place. The Harbour will be closed to public access during the craning operations on Friday.
Car owners who park on Burgmann’s Hill and The Strand are asked to do so such that the mobile crane can pass without difficulty on both the Thursday evening and Friday midday.
