Lympstone Film Society has chosen a peach of a film for their next screening: A Mid-August Lunch is a sensitive and delightfully funny story about elderly Italian folk and how they spend ‘Ferragosto’, the annual holiday that falls on 15th August. You’ll come away feeling so much better; better still if you’ve persuaded a friend or two to join you; it only costs £5 for non-members – doors open at 7.15pm and the show starts at 7.45pm on Friday 11th March.
