The Friends Cricket Match

The forecast seems good for the most traditional evening in the Lympstone social calendar – the Annual Cricket Match on St Peter’s lovely ground.

There will be a barbecue, an ice cream stall, a licensed bar, a Brass Band, wonderful views and an entertaining game of Village Cricket, as the Gentlemen of Lympstone pit their skills against the Players of St Peter’s, all in aid of the Friends of Lympstone Church.

Watch the sun setting over the Haldon Hills as the white-clad run-scorers flicker to and fro.

This is one of the most enjoyable ways to spend a sunny summer’s evening with your family and friends – Thursday, 11^th June from 6pm at St Peter’s School.

Entrance is free, and parking available.
