Lympstone Neighbourhood Plan
Focus Group on Housing and Development on 18th September
We have now run three focus groups – on Community, Environment and Infrastructure. These generated some lively discussion and interesting views that will go forward into the Neighbourhood Plan. You can see the results of these groups on

We are now planning the final focus group on Housing and Development. This is scheduled for Tuesday 18th September from 7-9.30. There are still some places on this group so if you’d like to attend you would be very welcome. Just send an e-mail to Mark Robertson who will be facilitating the group at diamondfacilitation@yahoo.co.uk or ring him on 01395 268905 to express your interest.
The purpose of the group will be to discuss:
- The East Devon District Council target for housing development in the Parish
- In broad terms, the type of housing development needed in the Parish
- Objective criteria that should be applied to the location of any new development
The results of the group’s discussions will go forward for consideration in the first draft of the Neighbourhood Plan which will be the subject of consultation across the Parish.
