We have been notified today that the appeal by Strategic Land Partnerships against refusal of permission by EDDC for land to the NW of Courtlands Cross has been REJECTED.
“The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused.”

What is quite clear from the decision is that The Inspector was impressed with the strength of feeling by the community (all those letters!) and the cogent arguments put forward at the hearing.
