Flood Action Week: Households encouraged to know their flood risk
This Flood Action Week (20-26 November) the Environment Agency (EA) is urging people to prepare for increased weather extremes.
Communities are being urged by EA this week to make sure they know their flood risk amid increased extreme weather events.
The EA is reminding people that to prepare for future flooding they should:

The EA has also produced a Dropbox toolkit to help councils amplify the message.
Councils are also encouraging residents to follow EA’s social media accounts listed in the toolkit and engage with the content throughout the week.
