Please note: All children aged 5 to 11 that go to Lymsptone Primary School have already had their say at school.
They don’t need to fill in this form. Anyone aged 5 to 11 that lives in Lymsptone but doesn’t go to Lymsptone Primary School can use this questionnaire to have their say.
